Multiple options of materials & colours are available - if what you require is not listed, please email us to check possible availability - yes, we are happy to source new stock for your order! :)
Please make as many selections as you can via the drop down menus, and give a brief description of what you are needing in the notes. If you have a picture of what you have in mind, email us prior to order to and we can discuss whether it is possible. We won't produce a copy of another design, but will use it as a guide for creating the item you require. We will be in contact within 24 hours to get more info & get started on your order!
Our items are made to order, current lead time is up to 3 weeks for customised items to be ready to ship. If you require this sooner, please email us at info@ashajaneco.com prior to ordering as we may be able to expedite production.
Due to the custom production of all orders, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. Please ensure spelling is correct on any customisation as we are unable to follow up all orders to check prior to production.
Shipping is included in purchase price for delivery within Australia, via regular post which may take up to 10 business days to arrive. Upgrading to Express Post should enable you to receive it within 2 business days once it is posted, but will not jump the production queue for your order. International Shipping is via registered post.
PLEASE NOTE: This product is NOT a toy. It is a home decor item and should be kept out of reach of small children. Please be aware that toppers are delicate and must be handled with care, all care will be taken in production and packaging to make sure they get to you safely.Due to the nature of wood, each item may have variations in grain & colour.
